Damaged or faulty goods

Received a faulty product? Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll reach out to refund, or replace the item for you – pending stock availability team@bangaverage.com.au

Wrong size?

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, or the item does not fit as expected, we will offer an exchange for the correct size or issue a refund, depending on stock availability. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • You must request the return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Shipping costs for returning the incorrect size will be at the buyer's expense, unless we sent the wrong size due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  1. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  2. If requesting an exchange, shipping of the replacement item will be free of charge in cases of faulty goods or incorrect sizing due to our error.
